My favorite mat
Just wanted you to know I have been using this mat for all types of yoga in my practice and I love it. I originally bought for the mapping my alignment features. After using it awhile, about two years, it has really good grip, I use it in hot yoga without a towel and no slipping. It is durable, I saw people on Amazon complaining about the stains and truthfully, that is what happens to all yoga mats when they get used right fyi. It strengthens my practice. It is also large enough I can use blocks at my side to practice swinging through. The only downside is that it is a little heavy so I am not sure about travel with it, but it is so good I am going to try the travel mat from the main site. I originally purchased from Amazon. I use vinegar and water to keep it clean.

Honest Review for HOT Practice
I have used this mat daily for a HOT yoga practice for one month. After one month, this one is showing wear, however the initial grip is great. Very comparable to other branded mats currently offered (same materials and look) but this one is at a higher price point. I can see where the graphic may start to peel. I would never upgrade to a color graphic for this reason. I have only wiped down with water, no oils or chemicals, and always hang it to dry (never leaving it rolled for more than 10 minutes.) When in warrior two, it will bunch around your back foot with enough force, however there is no fear of sliding yet and the mat stays in position on the floor. For the material and function, it is a great mat for Hot Yoga, Hot Sculpt etc., however for the price there are very similar ones made by other top brands at a slightly lower price. So far, nothing beat the B Mat for a hot, sweaty practice. This one is a stand-in until B Halfmoon starts producing again.

Amazing for hot yoga
I primarily practice extremely hot yoga. I purchased a Manduka mat a while back, but didn’t love it because it was way too slippery. So, I got a bunch of yogitoes grip towels for my practice. While the grip towels helped keep my hands and feet steady, the towel often moved when changing positions and was also giving me horrible ashtanga toe on both big toes. I finally decided to try this Liforme mat and WOW! My hands and feet do not slip at all and I am able to comfortably hold every pose. I also don’t feel like this mat will tear up my toes. I can’t speak on longevity yet, as this is a recent purchase, but I am currently pleased with this mat and would highly recommend to any yogi that practices hot yoga 🙂

Excelente tápate, de muy buen grosor, no se desliza

Ce tapis + son sac sont des produits de qualité (le sac est aussi solide, de qualité et avec de belles finitions). Pour le tapis rien à dire, son poids le plaque bien au sol, son grip est extraordinaire et sa largeur supérieure à la moyenne en font le parfait compagnon de Yoga. Tout cela a un coût… à voir si l’ensemble (le sac de transport et de rangement est un vrai plus et n’est souvent pas inclus) et votre fréquence de pratique justifient de mettre ce prix…Un conseil ce tapis est un merveilleux cadeau pour vous ou un yogi… et pour le petit plus… l emballage super quali ^^Pour ma part, le prix qui me paraissait trop élevé est justifié finalement 🙂
